Welcome to the Moderator's Group.
To be in this group, you must be an approved moderator by the Blingee Team, thus you must meet the age requirements set forth by Blingee.
Our job here is to find a common ground between moderators so that we all have the same understanding of the Blingee guidelines and moderate consistently between us.
We don't make rules;Blingee has already done that. We can discuss and clarify between us. As a group, we can approach the Blingee Team for clarification and enforcement of the rules and terms of agreement.
My hope is that some of you will have been here a long time, and have moderated many Blingees, stamps, and post-cards, and can share your wisdom and experience with others who are new at moderating.
These are the Blingee terms and conditions that we abide by when moderating Blingees, stamps, postcards:
Blingee.com may permanently or temporarily terminate, suspend, or otherwise refuse to permit User’s access to the Blingee.com Sites without notice and liability, if, in Blingee.com’s sole determination, User violates any of the terms of use, including the following prohibited actions; (i) use the Blingee.com Sites for any illegal purpose or to submit, transmit or facilitate the distribution of information or content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, libelous, threatening, or in a reasonable person’s view, objectionable; (ii) submit, transmit, promote or distribute information or content that is illegal."
We shall strive to consistently and fairly moderate using these guidelines, while we observe the rights and freedoms of others and understand that a large and diverse group of people use this site.
Each of us may view these rules and definitions of the terms differently.
We want our site to be clean and fun and respect each others' artistic expressions.
